Can I take Benedryl with these other medications?

I had an irregular ectopic pregnancy removed via extensive laproscopic surgery a week and a half ago, and am currently taking 800mg of ibuprofine every 6 hours, and vicodin (hydrocodone) as needed for pain....no more than 2 a day. With the recent thaw here in Maine, my allergies have gone crazy...and sneezing right now, is extremly painful because it pulls on the incisions, and I'm sure you can imagine it's pretty painful. Usually my allergies clear up with a low dose Benedryl...I'm waiting for a call back from my doctor...just wondering if it's alright to take the Benedryl while taking those other medications. Thanks!!
