What do you think about the 3 sisters that sat there and watch?

We have had serious family problems in my family for 3 years. I asked to meet with my 3 Sisters and 1 of my brothers in a public place(restaurant),night before my Mother was supposed go in for open heart surgery. We all sat down & my brother sat at the opposite end of the table. He started by saying I was mentally ill, sick, etc all at the same time using his fingers and rolling them in a circle by the side of his head, repeating that I was mental just like my Crazy Auntie Rosie. I would not answer his question because he kept repeating the same thing faster and louder and his actions put me on guard. He leaned over the table into my face and &pointed his finger at me, got up and continue to come behind me in the booth with his alcohol breath breathing down my neck still talking to me while all My 3 sisters watch and said not one word.
