I went to a concert last night and i recorded with my ipod touch... how do i sync the video to my computer?

! :) i went to bruno mars last night and i got a bunch of awesome video on my i pod touch and i wanna download it into my mac computer... how do i do that... because i already have my cameras video and picture on iphoto so do i just plug it in to the computer?? thank you so much! :P :)))
