Absolute Dating converstion?

I'm doing this lab on line called dinosaur dig and I'm supposed to determine the absolute dating of the fossil. I'm Given the half-life (80 million years) as well as the remaining parent isotope (25%) and the daughter isotope (75%). How do i figure out how many years old the fossil is? Thanks!
