Can any one tell me why my credit report is so wrong. And why my bankruptcy is a civil suite?

I divorced 03 2003 and my ex filed bankruptcy divorce and all the accounts in my name are in collections and I should be able to bring lawsuite against my ex wife and the lawyer and all companys that shared my information without my permission
