Can you get me a Government Order in Andhra Pradesh that..?

If a person is facing an allegation on misappropriation of government funds & a police case has been lodged against that person & NOT at all SUSPENDED till her death, can the legal heirs of that person can get all the benefits related to her from the government, if yes then please tee me G.O.No please so that i can apply all the benefits based on that G.O.No please.
