I have accidentally clicked SPAM on an address I love - how can I UNSPAM it? HELP!?

My mouse sursor keeps disappearing from the screen and I have to stir about until I lock on to start then close down and restart to get the cursor to show up again - this time I accidentally clicked on spam when I had an email open from a dearly loved group - how can I remove this SPAM report?? Thanks in anticipation...and hopefulness JCS
