If you look at romans 9:1-22 and 2nd Peter 3:9 they are two different teachings so how do they coexist?

You are free to interpret them as you will and ume the rest, but you are incorrect in pretty much all you have presumed. Maybe pray and ask for direction in interpreting His Word so you can find the truth in it rather than twist it from what was intended. God bless.
