Improve cell phone signal quick this is truly an emergency, sorta?

well to get to my point, I met this girl today. she's awesome, I've never felt like I have with anyone till I met her. plus she thinks I'm cute so I'm stoked. anyways, I've been texting her and I happen to live in the middle of nowhere with no service. I come home and now I can't talk to her. How can I boost my service without messing with my phone itself? I just want to do something that makes it work just enough so I can talk to her more. I can't watch a video tutorial because I have dial-up and it would be pointless to try and watch. please help if you can.
