Really scared?

ok yesterday i had just turned off my tv and layed down when i was laying down i decided to move but i couldnt.so i tryed moving my legs and i couldnt so then i tryed opening my eyes and i couldnt i was very scared more scared than i have ever been before.i even tryed to scream but couldnt it was like i was paralyzed,a vegetable if u please.well anyways after abut five minutes i could move my arm and everything else i know i wasnt asleep.has this happend to anyone before or does anyone know what this was.if it happens again im gonna tell my parents
